Questions
riders ask us
Can't find the answer? Our help pages cover orders and downloads, or just send us a message.
Help & supportI can’t find my photos. What now?
Search for the rider’s name, not the horse’s. Still nothing? Send us the show, the day, your class and roughly when you rode, and we’ll look for you.
Do I get the full-resolution file?
Yes. A digital download includes a web-size version for social media and the full-resolution file for printing.
Do you also film?
Yes. When you book a personal photographer, you can get short video reels of your rounds as well as photos.
Can I pay by bank transfer or invoice?
Online you pay with Bancontact or card. Bank transfer is possible on request. Businesses receive a proper invoice.
